Black Milk Tea - Bulk

makes 4 liters

Bring to a boil:
1200g water

Add and steep at least 10 min:
80g Assam black tea

In another pot, cook until caramelized, then add strained tea:
200g sugar

Add to pitcher, then add:
3000ml milk
