Bran Muffins

makes 24 muffins

Preheat oven to 400F.

Combine and let water absorb:
1 cup wheat bran
1 cup boiling water

Whisk together:
310g flour
12g tsp baking soda
3g salt

Beat thoroughly:
2 eggs
200g brown sugar

Beat in:
Prepared hydrated wheat bran
2 cups wheat bran
120g grapeseed oil
460g buttermilk

Add to dry mix and stir until well blended.

Bake 15 minutes.
