Brownie Cookies

preheat oven to 350°F

Mix until fully dissolved:
155g brown sugar
25g granulated sugar
3g salt
1 egg

Add and blend to emulsify:
100g oil
50g dutch process cocoa powder
5g vanilla extract

Whisk to combine:
125g flour
10g cornstarch
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda

Bake 10 minutes until puffed and cracked.
