(makes 2 pizzas - 16")
Dough
300g flour
150g water
30g oil
7g salt
7g sugar
1g yeast
Sauce
1 jar passata
3oz tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp green herbs
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 500F with pizza stone for 30-60 minutes.
