Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

makes 20-22 cookies

Beat together:
113g (1 stick) butter
100g sugar
100g brown sugar

Add and beat until combined:
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

In a separate bowl, whisk:
125g flour
51g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Mix wet and dry ingredients. Chill dough thoroughly.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Roll dough into balls, roll in powdered sugar.

Bake for 11-12 minutes.
