Lavash bread
Mix in a bowl:
200g warm water
10g yeast
4g sugar
After 10 minutes, add and mix with a dough scraper:
300g flour
3g salt
Knead until smooth, rest for 15 min. Divide into 6-8 pieces, let rise for 15-20 min.
Roll on board with lots of flour until desired thickness. Cook on hot overturned wok.
