Sausage Breakfast Biscuits

Mix in a bowl, then brown in skillet:
1 lb (454 g) ground turkey (93/7)
1 tbsp (12 g) brown sugar
1 tsp (6 g) salt
1 tsp (3 g) pepper
1 tsp (3 g) paprika
1 tsp (3 g) cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp (3 g) onion powder
1 tsp (3 g) garlic powder
1 tsp (1 g) oregano
1 tsp (2 g) rubbed sage
1 tbsp (15 g) oil

Dice finely and saute in skillet:
1 medium (150 g) red bell pepper
1 medium (150 g) green bell pepper
½ medium (100 g) sweet onion
1 tbsp oil

Whisk together:
320g oat flour
4g dried parsley
18g garlic powder
8g baking soda
1½ tsp (9 g) salt

Mix to combine:
4 eggs
226g shredded cheese
600g plain nonfat Greek yogurt

Mix to combine dry ingredients, wet ingredients, meat, and veggies.

Scoop and bake at 375°F for 15-17 minutes.
